Plant Establishment Agency View

The Plant Establishment Agency View (AV) is one of the several agency views tied to each contract in the system. This AV is used to track the plant establishment period in years, the initial planting date and any comments for trees, shrubs and vines planted on the project.

Below is a screenshot and a list of fields that appear on this agency view. The field label, if the field is required, and a description of the field (tool tip) appears in this table.

Field	Required for Construction	Description
Plant Establishment Periods (yrs)	No	Enter the number of years for the Plant Establishment Period as specified in the contract.
Initial Planting of Trees/Shrubs/Vines	No	The date the initial planting of trees, shrubs, or vines was completed.
Plant Establishment Comments	No	Enter remarks regarding planting of trees, shrubs, or vines and plant establishment on the contract.
