Final Records Agency View

The Final Records Agency View is one of the several agency views tied to each contract in the system. It replaces the Records section of the Project Tracking Status screen for contracts administered in the new system.

Below is a screenshot and a list of fields that appear on this agency view. The field label, if the field is required, and a description of the field (tool tip) appears in this table.

Field	Required for Construction	Description
Records to Storage	No	The date finals records were sent to Storage.
Madison Box #	No	The finals records box number for the state records center.
Region Box #	No	The finals records box number for the region.
Records Location	No	Storage location of the finals records box.
