Find Bid Data

Within AASHTOWare Project Preconstruction, staff have access to a new Estimation component which allows designers to look at past bid data similar to Bid Express.

1. From the dashboard, select the "Find Bid Data" link on the Preconstruction component.
   
   
   
2. Use the field options and ranges at the top of the component to filter on one or a combination of the fields listed. Common field filters include bid item (enter number or description), Let date range, quantity range, unit price range and region. Click outside a filter field to update the worksheet below.
   
   
   
3. On the worksheet, click on the down arrow next to a field header to sort on a field in ascending or descending order. Sorting is limited to one column. In the example below, the worksheet is sorted by Bidder Name in descending order.
