Informational Times

Roles:

• Contract Specialist = modify access
• Compliance Specialist = modify access to contract date fields (Informational Times tab)
• All other construction roles = read only access

The Contract Specialist and Compliance Specialist roles have access to the Informational Times tab and can enter dates prior to contract execution and throughout the life of a contract. Other select roles will have read only access to this tab after the contract is executed, during construction and after the contract is closed.

Below is a list of the system dates maintained in AASHTOWare Project for each contract. This does not include any custom dates WisDOT has created and added to the system like the ECIP Approved date, Preconstruction Conference date, Materials Records Submitted or Reviewed dates, Certification of Materials date, etc. For a view of all the dates required by WisDOT throughout the life of a contract, go to the Contract Status Dates Agency View (AV).
