All Contract Work Completed

Entering the Punch List Complete date and the All Contract Work Completed date
Requirements
The Project Engineer previously entered the Actual Completion (Time Charges Stop Date) on the main contract time and the contract is now Substantially Complete under Standard Spec 105.11.2.1.3. Refer to the standard spec for the time frame for the contractor to complete the punch list process, if a punch list is required for this contract. All contract work is completed including the submission of all documentation as defined in Standard Spec 105.11.2.1.4. Refer to the Finals Process for LET Project Closeout for more details.
The Project Engineer will enter the Punch List Complete Date when all the Punch List items (work and documentation) are completed. The Project Engineer will enter the All Contract Work Completed Date after completion of the Punch List (including the Plant Establishment Period and the WPDES Permit Termination) and any other contract requirements with concurrence from the Project Manager.
The Punch List Complete date and the All Contract Work Completed date are not entered until this criteria is met:

The Plant Establishment Period is complete for contracts with plantings of trees, shrubs, or vines. The Project Engineer must enter the initial planting date and the establishment period (1 or 2 years) in AWP Construction on the Plant Establishment Agency View.

The termination of permit coverage is complete for contracts with a WPDES Permit. The Contract Specialist must enter the Notice of Termination date in AWP Construction on the ECIP/WPDES Agency View.
Data entry
- From the Contract Administration Summary component or the Contract Progress Summary component, select Open Component Actions Menu | Contract Status Dates under the Views section.
- Select Refresh from the Select Refresh to Reload Contract Dates drop down list. Click <Save>.
- Under the Completion Dates section:
- Enter the Punch List Complete date.
- Enter the All Contract Work Completed date.
- Click <Save>. A system generated email message will be sent to the Contractor, Contract Specialist, Project Engineer, Project Manager, and Supervisor when the All Contract Work Completed date is entered by the Project Engineer. This serves as the written notification of project completion.
System event email generated and sent to the Contractor, Contract Specialist, Project Engineer, Project Manager, and Supervisor.
The All Contract Work Completed Date for Contract YYYYMMDD### - Contract Description, Project ID in the ?? region has been entered as MM/DD/YYYY HH:MM:SS. The project is complete in accordance with Standard Spec 105.11.2.1.4.
This serves as written notification of project completion.

- If any of the Completion Dates are entered incorrectly on the Contract Status Dates Agency View (Partial Acceptance, Punch List Complete or All Contract Work Completed dates), contact the Contract Specialist to correct the date entered. Date changes must be entered on the Contract Administration Informational Times tab that the Project Engineers do not have access too.
- If the Actual Completion (Time Charges Stop Date) is entered incorrectly, the Project Engineer can update this on the Main Site 00 record.
- After any date changes are made, don't forget to "Refresh" the Contract Status Dates Agency View upon opening the component.
