Final Records agency view

The Final Records agency view (AV) is one of the several AVs tied to each contract in the system. This AV is used to track where the finals records box is stored in the region office.

Below is a screenshot and a list of fields that appear on this agency view. The field label, if the field is required, and a description of the field (tool tip) appears in this table.

Field	Required for Construction	Description
Records to Storage	No	The date finals records were sent to Storage.
Madison Box #	No	The finals records box number for the state records center.
Region Box #	No	The finals records box number for the region.
Records Location	No	Storage location of the finals records box.
