Project field staff continue to use both the ACM Application Backup application and the Materials Information Tracking (MIT) System if they enter material reports.

WisDOT staff

DO NOT download or install either the ACM Application Backup or the MIT software installation packages.

• For new installations, contact the WisDOT IT Service Desk (1-800-362-3050) to open a ticket with BITS IT Support staff to assist with the ACM Application Backup and the MIT software installations.
• For existing installations, automatic system updates will be received through Microsoft Endpoint Manager.

Consultant staff

Consultant staff will download a single installation package (ACMApps.exe - updated April 6, 2023) and run two separate executables to install both ACM Applications-Backup and the latest version of Materials Information Tracking (MIT) on their computer. Follow the Field Software Installation Instructions for Consultants to complete the process (Updated February 10, 2023. This file is password protected.). Contact the AASHTOWare Project Administrators at AWPSupport@dot.wi.gov for the password.
