• Payroll role for the prime and subcontractors = modify access
• All other construction and CRL roles including the Contractor role = no access

Prime contractors and subcontractors use AASHTOWare Project Civil Rights & Labor (AWP CRL Payrolls) to view and maintain certified payrolls for their employees and for lower tiered subcontractors in the payroll hierarchy. This flowchart shows how AWP CRL Payrolls handles each element of the payroll submission and review process including who is responsible for each step.
