ACMUG meeting rotation schedule

The ACM User Group conducts quarterly teleconference meetings the second Thursday of the month from 8:30-10:30 a.m. based on the schedule below.  

Host region responsibilities:

• Send a TEAMs meeting request to the DOT DL ACM distribution list for the upcoming meeting.
• Request agenda items from participants.
• Develop the agenda and include the former meeting minutes for discussion and approval.
  • The first hour of the meeting is set aside for general agenda topics that could affect any or all team members.
  • The second hour is the construction contract specialist portion of the meeting and will be set aside for this group's topics and training sessions.
• Region staff will facilitate and take notes during the meeting.
• Distribute the meeting minutes to the DOT DL ACM distribution list for review.
• Send the approved minutes to the AWP System Administrators to post on the Automated Construction Management User Group (ACMUG) page in the Meeting Minutes section.
