Contract progress (Project Engineer, Project Manager, Inspector)

All LET contracts are administered in AWP Construction through the entry of Daily Work Reports (DWRs) and Diaries. Payment estimates are created based on the item postings in the DWRs. Change orders are sometimes required to make adjustments to the contract.

The Project Engineer, Inspector, and Project Manager roles complete a majority of the data entry. The Contractors role is involved with the change order approval process and can view payment estimate information. The data entry takes place mainly under the Contract Progress and Contract Documentation components. Data entry is broken down into these key areas:
